Despite being a hybrid of Ostafrikasaurus and Microposaurus, the Ostaposaurus in Jurassic World: The Game has the Kaprosuchus animation. Ostaposaurus is a hybrid of Ostafrikasaurus and Microposaurus. It currently only appears in Jurassic World The Game. Ostaposaurus is one of the hybrids that can be created in the game.

It is currently only known from a single tooth. The tooth was found by Eric Buffetaut in 2012.

In 2016, Spanish palaeontologists Molina-Pérez and Larramendi estimated Ostafrikasaurus at about 8.4 metres (28 ft) long, 2.1 m (6.9 ft) tall at the hips and weighing 1.15 tonnes (2,500 lb). However, without more complete material, such as a skull or body fossil, the body size and weight of fragmentary spinosaur taxa, especially those known only from teeth, can not be reliably calculated.

It currently only appears in Jurassic World The Game. Unfortunately, Tyrannotitan and Unaysaurus are both now already part of a hybrid (more specifically, the hybrid carnivore Suprannotitan and the hybrid herbivore Unayrhynchus). Ostafrikasaurus was a carnivorous dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period. It is currently only known from a single tooth. The tooth was found by Eric Buffetaut in 2012. If Ostafrikasaurus is a spinosaurid it would be the only known spinosaurid to live in the Jurassic. The size of Ostafrikasaurus is unknown, but the tooth is 49 millimeters long.
